Barbara's first ever facebook bio read:
turning plain white spaces into
orgies of color and sparkle
And there is yet to be a more apt
description of her.
Whether it be designing and decorating
sets for tv and film, residential homes or events, her aim is to create joyful, dynamic spaces that feel authentic, cozy and welcoming. Drawing on her love of texture, color, pattern, travel and play, Barbara weaves personality and storytelling into every detail of her designs.
In her spare time, she practices astrology, dabbles in tarot and performs clown. She also curates an Etsy shop of vintage smalls.
Based in Los Angeles but has worked in New York, New Orleans, Denver and Detroit. She would be delighted to add to that list.
